Fried to order
Every bird is hand-breaded and dropped when you order it. No heat lamps, no shortcuts — just a crust that cracks when you bite it.
Our Story
We set out to bring authentic Nashville-style hot chicken to Jacksonville — the real technique, the real cayenne oil, and Southern hospitality on every order.
Nashville hot chicken is a craft. It starts with chicken that's brined and hand-breaded, fried to order until the crust is deep and shattering, then finished in a house-made cayenne oil that carries spice and flavor in the same breath.
That's why our heat scale runs six levels deep, from Classic to Hotter Than a Mother Clucker. It isn't a dare — each level is built to taste like something. Most folks land on Medium and work their way up, and we'll happily walk you through it.
Around the bird, we keep it Southern and scratch-made: cheddar mac, collards simmered with ham hock, potato salad, and banana pudding that disappears fast. We're family-owned and locally run — we opened in Murray Hill, grew into a second home in Lakewood, and we've been lucky enough to be called a Jacksonville local favorite.

Our sauces and cayenne oil are made in-house. That's what lets us build a heat scale around real flavor instead of pure burn.
Cheddar mac, collards with ham hock, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans and banana pudding — made the way they should be.
We started in Murray Hill, grew to Lakewood, and we're proud to be counted a Jacksonville local favorite.
